LEASE WITH OPTION TO PURCHASE

For many people, leasing makes more financial sense than outright purchasing. However, we understand that many of these same people would love the opportunity to have their lease contract include the option to buy the home. We aim to be flexible and offer as many different options as possible. We don't take your credit into consideration when applying for one of our lease with the option to purchase properties; all we ask is that you have a steady income at a job where you've worked for at least five years. Additionally, your income must be three times what the lease agreement would be.
